Precision Injection Mold Making and Production
At Edge Engineering we design and make Precision Injection
Molds up to 450T capacity. Our Asia facility has state of
art setup for making precision injection molds and doing production.
Our engineering team is based in Canada; we visit our customer
regularly for technical discussions. We explain each and every
detail of mold to our customers before mold making so that
the parts are produced as per customers specification. Our
goal is to finish the tooling in at the most three mold tries,
so we carefully study the parts and provide design improvements
suggestions if required. We minutely examine following aspects
of part design from mold making and injection stand point
to give our customers with best quality products:

At edge engineering we not only inspect
final product for dimensional accuracy but we also inspect
the mold inserts and electrodes for dimensional accuracy
during mold making because if the mold is accurate,
parts will be accurate. After each mold try parts produced
are very carefully checked for dimensional accuracy
using inspection equipment like calipers, micrometers,
gauges and CMM. Samples with our inspection report goes
to our customers for their inspection and feedback.
Molds can also be made as per customer specification
to run in their injection molding machines. |
